Misty Cloutier is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Home Towne Settlement Services, LLC. A proud resident of Glasgow, she lives there with her husband, Joshua, and daughter, Kyndel.

Misty’s professional journey is rooted in her passion for the real estate industry and her desire to serve her community with integrity and excellence. Home Towne Settlement Services, LLC was born when two women decided to take a leap of faith and believe in themselves. With a shared vision and a deep love for real estate, they set out to provide their area with another trusted, client-focused option for handling real estate transactions.

Beyond her professional life, one of Misty’s greatest passions is breast cancer awareness. As the daughter of a mother who bravely fought this devastating disease and ultimately lost her life to it, she is deeply committed to educating and empowering women about the importance of early detection. Her personal experience fuels her dedication to spreading awareness, offering support, and encouraging proactive health decisions within her community.
